About the role

Who You'll Join


A well-funded, early-stage AI startup disrupting the CPG brokerage market. They have built an AI-native prospecting and outreach platform used daily by their sales team, and are scaling fast. You will report directly to the CTO and work alongside the co-founders from day one.


What You'll Do


  • Own the platform end to end, from prospecting through to reorder workflows.
  • Collect feedback from salespeople sitting next to you and ship improvements fast.
  • Build across frontend, backend, and data layers using agentic tools like Cursor and Devin.
  • Structure and organise complex, inconsistent data drawn from retail and CPG sources into reliable, well-formed models.
  • Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems, including ERPs.
  • Collaborate with co-founders to set the product roadmap each quarter.
  • Help grow and eventually lead the engineering organisation as the company scales.


Who You Are


  • Bring 3 to 8 years of full-stack experience at a venture-backed, high-growth startup.
  • Have owned the complete build of a product or platform, not just a slice.
  • Think like a product owner, not just an engineer who executes tickets.
  • Write clean, production-ready code and move at speed without cutting corners.
  • Work fluently across modern JavaScript frameworks, Python, and relational databases.
  • Model and normalise complex, inconsistent real-world data into reliable schemas.
  • Bonus: Have worked in CPG, retail, or food and beverage technology before.
