  • Build and ship agentic workflows using LLMs and modern AI tooling
  • Integrate data systems across clinical trial operations
  • Implement security and compliance controls into product features
  • Work directly with clients at the senior level to shape technical solutions
  • Manage compute costs and infrastructure decisions across GPU and CPU resources
  • Integrate with legacy systems common in clinical trial environments

Who You Are

  • Bring 2 to 5 years as a full-stack SWE, AI engineer, or AI agent engineer
  • Come from a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company
  • Ship production software where security and compliance are non-negotiable
  • Work independently and move quickly without waiting to be directed
  • Hold a STEM degree from a top-50 undergraduate institution
  • Demonstrate familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, and tools like Claude or Codex
  • Live in California, New York or New Jersey
  • Nice to have: background in healthcare or health-tech software

Tech Stack

Why You'll Thrive

  • Earn up to $240K base + equity
  • Work across a flat team where your decisions carry real weight
  • Work across the whole platform, not just a single product roadmap
  • Join at an early stage before the team and platform scale significantly
  • Solve a real problem, cutting friction out of clinical trial compliance and data integration
