Who you'll join

A Series B voice AI company building agents that handle real phone calls for enterprises like Snapchat, Samsara, and TripAdvisor. The business is growing faster than it can hire, and the team is stretched thin across all departments. You'll join a group of high-performing people solving genuinely hard problems together.

What you'll do

1. Translate customer challenges into working voice agents that automate real business processes.
2. Build and deploy agents in production within two-week cycles, then refine based on live customer feedback.
3. Partner with customer teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure agents perform and scale.
4. Lead technical discovery, build, testing, and iteration from initial call through deployment.
5. Identify expansion opportunities by reviewing agent performance and proposing new use cases to customers.
6. Travel on-site to meet customers, train their teams, and develop real relationships with stakeholders.
7. Own account renewals and expansions, earning 3% commission on renewals and 5% on expansion deals.

Who you are

2. Clear thinker who can explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
3. Comfortable with REST, JSON, scripting languages like Python or JavaScript, and tools like Git.
4. Business-minded. You understand how companies operate and can connect Bland's agents to real revenue impact.
5. Experienced at owning projects from concept to production, whether as an engineer, solutions engineer, or founder.
6. Bonus: Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or building and deploying production software.
