Salary: $160K - $220K + 0.08-0.15% equity

Who You'll Join

A Series A AI startup building a platform to help large insurance brokers transform their operations. The product delivers 95% value out of the box, and you'll help customize it for enterprise customers who are scaling fast. You'll work on cutting-edge AI pipelines with a team moving at speed.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation of customer projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Build integrations and configure AI automations tailored to each customer's workflows.
• Write code to customize the product for large enterprises, then feed learnings back to the core team.
• Work weekly with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions work reliably.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product features informed by customer work.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong coder in Python and TypeScript with a track record of shipping code.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations; you work scrappy and push quickly.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related technical field from a top 50 school.
• Bonus: Experience building with LLMs or working on complex AI agents.
