Who You'll Join

An early-stage consumer social company building a character with its own story and agency. You'll work alongside a tiny founding team backed by Benchmark and other notable investors. The technical challenge is real: designing memory systems, reasoning engines, and social graph infrastructure that doesn't exist yet.

What You'll Do

1. Design and build memory systems that let an agent maintain context across millions of relationships.
2. Implement social graph reasoning to understand relationships, history, and emotional dynamics.
3. Integrate external platforms and APIs into the agent's decision-making loop.
4. Build internal tooling that lets the team train and iterate on agent behavior.
5. Own features end-to-end from problem definition through shipping to users.
6. Collaborate with the behavior team to shape how the agent feels and responds.
