About the Role

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team building core capabilities of the Tabs platform. You will own people leadership, delivery execution, and technical decision-making, partnering closely with Product and Design.

This role suits someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, raising the engineering bar, and shipping impactful software in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career growth
• Own delivery planning and execution, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Partner with Product and Design to define scope, timelines, and technical approach
• Guide architectural and technical decisions while maintaining a high quality bar
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and team health over time
• Hire and onboard new engineers as the team scales
